Ponda: Habbiba Abdul Karim (60) from Bhakal, Belgaum died on the spot while three others were seriously injured when the car in which they were travelling met with an accident with a truck at Anmod Ghat. The injured persons were later admitted to the GMC.
The accident took place yesterday at around 12.45 pm when the occupants of the Indica car who had come to Goa were on their return journey. When the car reached Anmod Ghat it collided with a truck coming to Goa resulting in the death of Habiba. Collem Police conducted panchanama.
