PANJIM, MAY 30 A recent workshop on tobacco control impressed upon the Government to ensure setting up of the proposed district flying squads having staff drawn from the Directorate of Health Services, Food and Drugs Administration and Goa Police and headed by an officer of the rank of mamlatdar/deputy collector to enforce tobacco control acts and rules in the State.
