PANJIM: The Anti-Narcotics Cell on Thursday raided a house and arrested a youth from Bihar on charges of possessing narcotics.
Arun Kumar (24) was caught with suspected ganja worth Rs 3 lakh from the rented house, owned by a Goan family at Old Goa.
