A Youth Resource Centre established by Nehru Yuva Kendra, South Goa at the Animal Husbandry Complex, Sonsodo-Raia will be inaugurated at the hands of Chief Minister Digambar Kamat on December 19 at 11 am.
This 36-bedded youth hostel with other developmental facilities is the first of its kind in South Goa catering for the youth from Goa as well as from other parts of India, visiting Goa under the Cultural Exchange Programme as well as on study tour.
The District Youth Co-ordinator Shirish Lawande has plans to develop the site for various other programs like adventure camps, personality development camps and camps for school children.
