The Mandrem Police have registered an offence against the user of YouTube ID GudduVlogs7 for allegedly harassing tourists and engaging in objectionable behaviour at Morjim Beach in Pernem taluka.
According to police sources, the accused is alleged to have wrongfully restrained both foreign and Indian tourists at Morjim Beach, intruding into their privacy and creating a disturbance in the public area.

The complaint further states that the individual allegedly forced women tourists to pose for photographs and videos in an improper manner and passed vulgar comments in public view. The accused is also alleged to have circulated content that could potentially create fear and promote ill will between communities.
In addition, police said the content and conduct in question amount to insulting the modesty of women in a public place.
An offence has been registered at Mandrem Police Station, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the full extent of the allegations and the digital content involved.
Authorities have reiterated that harassment of tourists and the creation of provocative or offensive online content will be dealt with strictly under the law.
