MARGAO: Vijay Kumar Jaiswal alias Krishan Kumar, Managing Director (MD) of Yudivo Private Limited arrested by the Economic Cell for allegedly duping 2,000 investors to the tune of Rs 3 crore has moved an application for bail before the Principal District and Sessions Court.
The Court has issued notices to the police, public prosecutor and defence advocate and has posted the matter for arguments on July 25.
The Economic Offences Cell (EOC) arrested Haryana native Vijay Kumar Jaiswal alias Krishan Kumar, managing director of Yudivo Private Limited for allegedly duping 2,000 investors to the tune of Rs three crore on the pretext of assuring high returns.
