RAIA: Active Youth Soccobhatt Per-Seraulim thrashed S Mini Mart, 3-0, in the Inter-Seraulim Under-16 league football tournament organised by United Sports Club of Seraulim and played at Seraulim Panchayat ground.
Active Youth Soccobhatt dominated the proceeding of the game and scored their first goal through their star striker Proson Mandal when his power packed shot entered the far corner of the goal in the 11th minute.
At half time, Active Youth lead 1-0.
The second half too was dominated by Active Youth and in the run of play Manglash Bannikappa scored the second goal after he dribbled past two defenders and smartly placed the ball through the advancing goalkeeper. Proson Mandal rounded off the tally to 3-0 when he smartly tapped the ball from close range after receiving a pass from the left flank from Vance Fernandes.
In the second match Young Blood Seraulim defeated Cameroon Boys, 2-0. Sohan Fernandes scored a brace for Young Blood.
