PANJIM: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation will host the inter-unit AIPSSPB T-20 cricket tournament from the March 27-31.
Known Indian and Ranji Trophy players will be take part in the tournament which will be held at Arlem Cricket ground (Margao), MCC ground (Margao) and GCA ground (Porvorim).
The AIPSSPB tournament will witness a clash of 18 teams namely ONGC, Air India, AAI, AB, BHEL, BSNL, Coal India, BKN, Hindustan Petroleum, HUDCO, MTNL, The New Indian Assurance co. ltd, RCF, NCC, CPF, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Travancore.
The inauguration ceremony will be held at the GCA ground, Porvorim, on March 26, at 5 p.m.
The tournament format is league-cum-knock out. The league matches will start at 9 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. respectively.
