Ambelim edge past SC Davorlim

Ambelim Sports Club beat Sporting Club of Davorlim 2-1 in the inaugural match of all-Goa inter-village football tournament organised by United Club of Telaulim at Telaulim panchcyat ground, Telaulim.
Venson Figueredo opened the ccaount for Daviorlim in the 10th minute, but Romeo Fernandes came with the equaliser in the 15th minute.
With the teams tied 1-1 at the break, they tried their level best to break the deadlock and Marwin Fernandes snatched the match-winner as his powerful try beat Davorlim goalkeeper Joaquim Kafu.
