PANJIM: Goa’s Angela De Abreu Naik, international Gold medalist and referee from Borda, Margao, has been appointed Director of Competition- taekwondo, by the president of Taekwondo Federation of India, Renu Mahant, thus creating history as the first woman to be appointed for the position at the ongoing National Games, in Kerala.
