Siolim opened the scoring in the 20th minute trough Manesh Naik and two minuets later, Selwyn Fernandes doubled the lead. At the half hour mark, Selwyn secured his brace.
At the restart, Mohamed Khan reduced the margin for Sanquelin but Sangam Pednekar rounded off the tally in the 58th minute. Man-of-the-match was adjudged to Pravin Kanekar of F C Sanquelim.
The tournament was kicked-off by Lawrence Coellho, former State player in the presence of Sharudatt Panjikar, Sarpanch of VP Aldona.
