MAPUSA: Bardez Veterans kept up their good form, with a 3-1 win over Candolim Veterans in a friendly match at Sangolda ground, Wednesday. Bardez led 2-0 at the interval.
Fausto Lobo opened the scoring with a low drive from outside the box. Moments later Hector Trinidade tapped in to double the lead. After the break Lino Pereira neatly dribbled through two defenders, before scoring the third for Bardez.
Genevie shot in to the far corner to score a late consolation goal for Candolim.
