Balancing a demanding full-time IT job with long hours and little personal time, Xavier continued to pursue bodybuilding a passion he says keeps him grounded. His journey has been far from easy. Last year, he failed to secure a placement at the competition, and many around him dismissed his efforts as a waste of time. The criticism affected him deeply, but the unwavering support of his mother kept him motivated.

Determined to prove himself, Xavier committed fully to preparing for ICN India this year. Managing his job, intense training sessions, and a strict diet plan proved challenging, but his persistence paid off as he earned a spot among the top three in his category.
Xavier expressed gratitude for the recognition and for those who stood by him, particularly his mother. Reflecting on his journey, he said the experience taught him that “consistency beats doubt every single time.”
