CHICALIM: Cross Boys Sports Club, New Vaddem thrashed Dabolim United Club 8-2 in the Mormugao Zone GFA’s 3rd Division League at Chicalim panchayat ground, Monday.
Cross Boys were leading 3-0 at half time.
Oswald, Andrew, Macanzie (4) and Cavin Dias (2) scored for Cross Boys while Vicky and Malcolm reduced the margin for Dabolim.
In another match, United YC, Bogmalo and Mormugao USC played a 1-1 draw.
Alroy Fernandes scored for Bogmalo while Melind Shinde equalised for Mormugao.
