Curtorim Gym crush Verna

Curtorim Gymkhana crushed Verna Sports Club 3-0 to storm into the semi-final of 34th St Joseph Festival inter-village football tournament organised by Dramapur Sports Club at Dramapur Grounds, on Friday. Curtorim were leading 1-0 at the breather.
Curtorim went into the lead in the 15th minute when veteran Roque Carneiro headed in a lob from Jose Fernandes.
Curtorim Gymkhana increased their lead when Sertorio Monteiro unleashed a rasping shot which beat the rival goalkeeper after he received a measured through pass from Roy Colaco.
After taking the 2-0 cushion, Curtorim Gymkhana slackened their pace but they never allowed their opponents to struck rhythm. Roy Colaco rounded off the tally.
