RAIA: Curtorim Gymkhana downed Our Lady of Gloria SC 2-0 in the semi-final to move into the final of Fr Gervasio football tournament played at Figueiredo ground, Curchorem, on Wednesday.
Anslem Fernandes netted a brace in the 33rd and 36th minute for Curtorim Gymkhana. The man-of-the-match award was presented to Anslem Fernandes of Curtorim Gymkhana by Christie Bennett.
In another semi-final on Tuesday, Guardian Angel SC downed SCC Loutolim 2-0 to move into final.
Norman Dias scored a brace for Guardian Angel SC, while Daren Gomes reduced the margin for SCC Loutolim. Daren Gomes of SCC Loutolim was adjudged as the man-of-the-match, which was presented by Joygon Goes, team manager, Pax of Nagoa SC and media officer, Guardian Angel SC.
Now, Curtorim Gymkhana will meet Guardian Angel SC in the final on December 19.
