Damodar won the toss and elected to bat and set up 135/5 in the allotted 20 overs with a brilliant 58 run knock from Raj Prabhudesai.
St Anthony could manage only 91/9 in 20 overs. Akash Gaokar and Sneharsh Pagi picked up three wickets each.
