PANJIM: Goa’s ace windsurfer Dayne Coelho took the fight to Jerome Kumar and Manpreet Singh of the AYN (Army) and beat them in two of the three races in Olympic RS:X category, at Hawaii Beach, Dona Paula, on Thursday.
Katya Coelho won all the three races in the RS:One category while Dirquane Coelho and Rhea Fernandes took the top spots in Raceboard category.
In the Techno 293 OD Youth category, Keona Rajani won two races while Ishwariya Ganesh won a race.
Dayne Coelho and Katya Coelho of Goa who will represent India at the Asian Games 2018 in the RS:One category along with Jerome Kumar and Manpreet Singh of the Army in the RS:X will look at this as their last event in India before the Asian Games to prove their mettle.
