PANJIM: Dempo Sports Club juniors scored a narrow 1-0 win over Ponda Footballers in the Goa Football Association’s U-14 League match played at Pilar ground, on Thursday.
Rohit Shirodkar scored the only goal of the match.
At Quitula ground, Quitula Sports Club and YSC Colvale played out a 1-1 draw. Anthony Fernandes scored for the home side before the teams went into the breather, however, Nathan Pereira equalised for the Colvale side in the 44th minute.
