DSK Shivajians down Bengaluru, set up final clash with Minerva

NAGOA: DSK Shivajians FC beat  Bengaluru FC 5-4 via the tie-breaker to move into the final of the Nike Premier Cup match played at Nagoa ground, on Tuesday.
 Just in the second minute itself, Aryan Sonowal the striker of Bengaluru FC shot but  Rewang Dorjee Lepcha keeper of DSK was equal to the task. 
Bengaluru FC had two more chances in the 24th and 26th minutes as Aryan Sonowal and Francis Vanlaldika missed to great sitters, as both hit the rival side netting.
As the match progressed, DSK midfielder Bawi Rou Sang  tested the Bengaluru FC keeper as the keeper saved Bawi’s shot brilliantly. Both teams tried to score but the strikers lacked sharpness.
In the tie-breaker, DSK Shivajians netted through Seigoumang Doungel, Sonminthang Haokip, Mintu Mech, Rewang and Dorjee Lepcha while Arkaprabha Das, Aryan Sonowal, Manish Chaudhary and Dipesh Chauhan netted for Bengaluru FC.
In the second semi-final, Minerva Punjab FC got the better of Aizawl FC 4-2 via the tie-breaker.
