PANJIM: Fatorda Veterans managed a hard fought 1-0 win over Santana Veterans of the 6th All-Goa Panjim Veterans Soccer, at Taleigao ground, on Tuesaday.
Santana Veterans’ Shana was quick to receive the ball upfront from midfield and move inside the box to score but Fatorda’s Agnelo was quick to clear the danger. The all important goal was scored by Aldrin Lobo.
Rohan Viegas (former Jr. Goal keeper of Salgaonkar) was the Chief Guest and gave away the man of the Match to Santana Carvalho of Santana Veterans.
