GOA VELHA: Fr. Agnel scored a scrappy 5-3 tie-breaker win over Augustias Sporting Club to move into the next round of the 14th London Trophy inter village football tournament, organised by Goa Velha Sports Club, at Goa Velha Sports Club ground, on Wednesday.
Siraj Naik put Augustias Sporting Club ahead in the 18th minute as he lobbed over the rival keeper Vinesh Shirodkar into the rival goal.
Chandan Gawas scored the equaliser for the Goa Velha Boys in the 32nd minute.
In the resultant tie-breaker, the winners scored through Kunal Kundaikar, Leny Pereira, Iyno De Souza and Revelino D’Souza.
