The order has also informed the president of the BFI about the same.
This was in response to an application made by the GBA Secretary Namy Jain asking for a temporary injunction restraining the defendants one and two from representing the plaintiff and or attending any meeting on behalf of the GBA at the meeting to be held on March 27, either at Bangalore or Pune.
Stating that there was reasonable ground for the plaintiff to apprehend that both the defendants would represent the GBA at the meeting, the judge said that there was a fit case to grant an ad interim relief “failing which the suit would be infructuous… and it was also required to protect the interests of the new committee of the plaintiff association.”
