PANJIM, SEPT 9
The 6th sub-junior girls national football championships will be held from September 27 to October 14 in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Goa has been grouped with UP and Jharkand.
In all, 25 states are taking part.
Cluster I – Manipur, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan.
Cluster II – Orissa, Maharashtra, Nagaland.
Cluster III – Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Punjab.
Cluster IV – Mizoram, West Bengal, Jammu & Kashmir.
Cluster V – Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat.
Cluster VI – Assam, Kerala, Delhi, Pondicherry.
Cluster VII – Haryana, Tripura, Madhya Pradesh.
Cluster VIII – Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand.
The top team from each cluster will qualify for the quarter-finals. The preliminary cluster matches will be played from September 27 to October 2.
