PANJIM: The Goa Tennis Ball Cricket Association have selected the boys & girls teams which will represent the State at the 2nd Mini U-14 National tennis ball cricket championship to be held at Vellore,Tamil Nadu from July 26 to 28.
Boys: Anish Borkar, Vrushab Gaude, Tanish Sail, Chinmay Kerekar, Yash Sanvordekar, Pratmesh Borkar, Saiesh Naik, Vaishnav Naik, Vansh Gaonkar, Saheel Parodkar, Krish Naik, Sujal Adkonkar, Prajay Gaude, Akshad Naik
Girls: Smruti Naik, Sintiya Naik, Vibha Jalmi, Vedha Gaude, Bhumika Harmalkar, Esha Bomkar, Tanisha Naik, Mayura Uskaikar, Saista Kulpat, Kashish Dhuri, Deevita Palkar, Mansi Gaude, Suhani Gaude, Shruti Jalmi, Shriya Gaude
The above playerswere accorded Official Farewell by The Sports Authority of Goa, at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, Taleigao on Tuesday.
The teams were selected based on the performance in the Pre-National Coaching Camp held at Mardol ground, Priol.
The Goa teams will travel on July 25 by train and will be assisted by Nilesh Naik, Haresh Parsekar, Sidhi Chari, Mrunal Barve & Chandan Dongrekar as team officials.
