Jnyan Vikas School Porvorim clinched the U-17 girls badminton championship, organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, at Peddem Sports Complex, recently. In the final, they defeated St Mary’s Convent High School, Mapusa by 2-1 sets. GS Amonkar Vidya Mandir, Mapusa secured the third place by defeating SFX High School, Mapusa 2-1.
