CURTORIM: Joe Cookies Veterans, Loutolim registered victory over Goa police Veterans 2-1 to book their place in the semi-finals of the Batora United Veterans football tournament, at St Alex church ground, Curtorim, on Wednesday.
Joe Cookies Veterans scored the first goal through Seby Vaz in the first half in the 30th minute.
Later, in the second half, Goa Police Veterans scored their first goal in the 70th minute through Vinod.
As the match progressed, in the 68th minute, Seby Vaz of Joe Cookies made it 2-1.
