FATORDA: UC Telaulim registered a narrow 1-0 victory over CSM Taleigao in the Khelo India U-17 girls league Goa, at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda, on Wednesday.

In the 15th minute, Telaulim keeper Shreeya made a diving save to deny Chetna from scoring.
Telaulim went on attacking mode in the second half and they were rewarded as Mariah scored in 55th minute through an assist by Shania Carvalho. Taleigao tried hard to equalise but were not able to break defence of Telaulim led by Valusha, Rhea, Tanishka and Shuvena. Danielle and Shanaya had a good chance of increasing the lead but were not able to beat the Taleigao keeper.
