King’s School, Manovikas, Rosary and OL Health HS cruise into next round

In U-14 girls, St Joseph’s Educational Institute, Manovikas HS move ahead

PANJIM: The King’s School got the better of St Francis Xavier High School 10-0 in the round one match of U-14 boys 7-a-side Inter-School Football League organised by The King’s Sports Academy, at The King’s School artificial turf ground, Sao Jose de Areal.

Elrad Braganza, Trond Dias, Mark D’Costa, Tristan Gomes, Puran Thopil, Pranay Rivankar, Aaryav Da Costa, Aloysius Fernandes, Aaron Gomes, and Aarav D’Sa scored. 

St Joseph’s Educational Institute won against Immaculate Conception High School in the round five match of U-14 girls 9-a-side Inter-School Football League. Acira Fernandes and Aline Peixoto netted for St Joseph’s Educational Institute.

Manovikas High School got the better of Our Lady Of Succour High School 2-1 in the round one Group B of U-14 boys 7-a-side inter-school football league.

Kristen Pinheiro and Yohan Souza netted for Manovikas High School, while Roston Fernandes netted for Our Lady of Succour High School. 

St Xavier’s High School and St Joseph’s Educational Institute played a 1-1 draw. Crizman Correia scored for St Xavier’s High School, while Casvino Fernandes for St Joseph’s Educational Institute.

In Group A, Rosary High School outplayed St Rita High School 6-2.

Sam Pereira, Swedon Costa, Malik Rehan, Messi Rebello, Joston Carvalho and Sean Pereira scored for Rosary High School, while Mohammad Sad and Shannenen Da Silva for St Rita High School.

In Group B, Our Lady of Health HS won against Perpetual Succour HS 2-1.

Mark Pinto and Devid Gaonkar netted for Our Lady of Health HS, while Samuel Das for Perpetual Succour High School.

Manovikas High School won against Rosary High School 2-1. Anushri Borkar and Amber Borge netted for Manovikas High School, while Christine Fernandes for Rosary High School in the round four match of U-14 girls 9-a-side inter-school football league.
