PANJIM: Kulmaya Sports Club, Sarwan, and GSC Rumal, Pale, fought their way into the semi-finals of the 5th All-Goa Inter-Village Volleyball Tournament organised by MB United Sports and Cultural Club, at MB volleyball court, Adiband, Murida, Cuncolim, on Friday.
Kulmaya Sports Club defeated Valankani Boys, Navelim, 25-19, 26-24, while GSC Rumal proved too strong for Pujari Six, Vasco, 25-20, 25-16.
Earlier, Valankani Boys had made it to the quarter-finals stage after putting it across Morpila Boys 26-24, 25-18.
