Cuncolim Union beat St Sebastian Youth Club, Fatorda 2-1 to move into the quarter-finals of Nagoa Cup football tournament organised by Rossman Cruz Sports Club at Nagoa ground on Sunday. Cuncolim Union were leading 2-0 at half time.
Cuncolim Union dominated the first half exchanges and kept their opponents on the backfoot. They shot into the lead through Rosario Carvalho in the 5th minute.
Cuncolim Union consolidated the lead as striker Rosario struck the second time.
Cuncolim Union relaxed after the break and St Sebastian fully exploited the situation with Paul Miranda reducing the margin.
