MARGAO: Naughty Boys, Padribhat got the better of Boys of Menezes Bhat 8-7 via the tie-breaker to move ahead in the FC Mugalli Areal inter-ward football tournament played at Fernandes ground, on Wednesday. Naughty Boys were leading 4-0 in the first half. Naughty Boys opened their account through Rolly Valadres in the 3rd minute. Within six minute, Levino Valadres doubled the lead. Aggie Antao netted the third goal in the 10th minute. Levino again scored in the 32nd minute.
Post resumption, Boys of Menezes Bhat reduced the margin through Gyan Singh in the 48th and 50th minutes. Jamant Singh scored the third goal in the 53rd minute and Imran Khan levelled in the 56th minute.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Naughty Boysnetted through Aggie, Franky, Levino and Lyod while Boys of Menezes Bhat were on target through Vishal, Jamant and Imran.
