RAIA: Navelim Sporting Club defeated Cuncolim Union 5-4 via the tie breaker to enter in the quarterfinals of the St Joseph Festival soccer inter -village football tournament played at Dramapur football ground.
After a barren full session, Danstan Fernandes, Wellington D’Silva, Nevin Pereira, Sadroy Costa, Mallappa Bizzorgi netted for Navelim SC while Dylon Carvalho, Frazer Fernandes, Jolyton Fernandes, Meavon Fernandes shot at the target for Cuncolim Union.
