PANJIM: Panjim Veterans defeated Ladni Khuris Benaulim 3-2 via tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of 2nd All-Goa Ambelim Veterans Football tournament organised by Ambelim Veterans at SAG grounds, Assolna, on Sunday.
There was no score at the end of regulation time.
In the ensuing tie-breaker Panjim Veterans scored through Zezito Araujo, Daniel Noronha and Anthony Afonso while Vishant Pednekar and Prashant Kurade scored for Ladni Khuris Benaulim.
