PANJIM: PVC Parra scored an easy 3-0 win over Sports Authority of India (SAI) Training in the Goa Football Associations U-16 League played at Parra ground, on Wednesday.
Domnic opened the scoring for the home side in the second half after the first sessionof play ended in a goalless draw.
Shaheel Shaikh scored twice in the 50th and 77th minutes resectively to give his team full points.
Salgaocar Football Club thumped Ave Maria Athletic and Welfare Club 8-0, at Don Bosco Oratory ground.
Salgaocar FC opened the scoring through Meldon Olivera, the striker scored again to complete his brace. Jobern Cardozo also netted in the 27th and 64th minute while Antush Moniz scored in the 61st and 63rd minute. Aman Rajbar and Movin Gauncar also added their names on the score sheets for Salgaocar Football Club.
Elsewhere at Sanquelim ground, Sesa Football Academy humbled Goa VelhaSports Club.
Joywin D’Costa and Ruben Castellino scored a brace each while Ryan Borges, Frazer Viegas, Omkar Shetgaonkar and Akash Jhadav scored a goal each for the winners.
In another match Ambelim Sports Club and A A de Majorda played out a goalless draw, at Ambelim ground.
