NUVEM: Quepem Veterans edged past Nuvem Veterans 2-1 to move into the quarter-finals of the Nuvem veterans inter-village football tournament, organised by Nuvem Veterans, at Nuvem church ground, on Tuesday.
Rosario Carvalho and Arthur Mascarenhas netted a goal each for Quepem in the ninth and 23rd minutes respectively.
Cruz Dias pulled a goal back for Nuvem in the 45th minute.
