PANJIM: Quepem Taluka won the 2nd Taluka Level T10 cricket trophy tournament getting the better of Bardez Taluka A organized by Sai Parra Cricketers Sports and Cultural Association at Parra ground. They won by 32 runs and returned home richer with Rs 60,000. Bardez A had to be content with Rs 40,000 and a trophy.

Sameer Naik, Franky Viegas, Dr Shodhan Kamat, Dr Nitin Tar, GFDC Chairman Dr Rufino Monteiro, Swapnil Asnodkar, Johnny Lobo, Sandeep Xeshi, Vishwananth Pednekar, Narayan Narvekar, Pushpashil Arolkar and Anthony were among those present.
