PANJIM: Raia FC eased past Pinto’s Youth Club of Baradi in the GFA U-14 Salcete Second Division Play offs at Ambelim ground, on Wednesday.
Though it was a collective team performance which gave Raia the win, it was Chalton Coelho who stole the limelight score a fine hat-trick. Chalton scored the first in the 16th minute,
In the second half, Chalton then added two more goals scoring in the 51st and 66th minutes to take the final tally to 3-0.
Meanwhile in the Ilhas zone match , Don Bosco Oratory defeated Ponda Footballers 3-2. Marcus Fernandes scored a treble while Ponda netted through Johniton and Manvendra.
