PANJIM: Rossman Cruz Sports Club, Verna prevailed over Parish Youth Nuvem 3-0 to book a place in the semi-finals of Fr Agnelo Youth inter-village football tournament organized by Fr Agnelo Youth Sports Club, Paroda at panchayat ground, Avedem, Paroda. Rossman led 1-0 at half time.
Rossman Cruz drew first blood in the very second minute through David Antao who guided the ball into the rival goal.
After resumption, Rosario Rebello made it 2-0 in the 15th minute. At the fag end, Custodio Fernandes added his name to the scorer’s list when he slotted past the rival goalkeeper.
