MARGAO: Salgaocar Cricket Club scored an innings and nine run victory over Chowgule Cricket Club in a GCA Premier League cricket match at Dr Rajendra Prasad Stadium, here, Sunday.
Salgaocar pacers Ramdayal Puniya (6-39) was ably supported by Leggie Manik Gupta (4-67) as Chowgule innings collapsed with 213 runs. Rahul Keni scored an unbeaten 60 along-with opener Suraj Dongre 58. Salgaocar collected seven points from this win.
