MAPUSA: Sameer Hussanipira, Sanjay Kumar, Gaurish Talwar won their respective bouts in the elite men’s category of the Goa State Boxing Championship, organised by Goa Boxing Association(GBA) at Boxing hall, Peddem, Mapusa on Thursday.
Roshan Samir, Abu Talib Khan, Sairaj Pavaskar, Arun Masih, Manjunath Patil, Ashok Patil, Gopal Naik were the other winners of the elite men’s category encounters.
In the junior boys category, Shrinivas Lamani, Laxman Lamani, Rohan Jadav, Jeet Sukumar Roy, Sahil Vasant, Akash Lamani and Tanish Divkar were victorious in their respective battles.
In the youth girls and cadet girls category Aarti Chavan and Aaditi Fadte were announced as winners. In the sub junior girls and junior girls category Chandani Suraj, Shravani Gurav, Kavita Naik, Sonia Chavan, Rudha Rathod and Shagun Gupta were declared as winners.
