Ponda Footballers thrashed Verna Cultural and Sports Association 7-1 in the Goa Football Association Futsal League match played at Manohar Parrikar Indoor Stadium, Navelim, on Sunday.
Samuel Fernandes scored a hat-trick, while Relino Carvalho, Ashwell Peixoto, Ansley Araujo and Chrisval Gonsalves scored a goal each for Ponda Footballers. Samuel Rodrigues reduced the margin for Verna Cultural and Sports Association.
