Mapusa: Lake City Football Club could manage only a 1-1 draw against ARA FC in their last league match at Lake City Football Club, Bhopal. Sporting Clube de Goa, thus, become the first team to qualify for the final round remaining unbeaten throughout the league with 10 points.
Lake City FC were placed second in the group with 8 points. They will face the winners of the remaining four groups later next month to vie for promotion to the Second Div League.
