Dempo are high on confidence after defeating the mighty East Bengal1-0 in their opening game, courtesy of a lone goal by Romeo Fernandes. Sporting Clube dealt a nasty blow as they were defeated 1-0 by Mumbai FC and will now be looking to regroup and get back in the reckoning as they attempt to progress further.Alvares will be hoping that both his foreigners–Anthony Wolfe and Ogba Kalu will make an impact.
