PANJIM: The Goa Football Development Council will inaugurate their 6th Football Development Centre at Matoshri Indirabai Baburao Khandeparker (M.I.B.K) School ground, Khandepar, Ponda on Saturday, at 4 p.m.

St Savio face Wilred in inaugural
MARGAO: St Savio Sports Club, Calangute will cross swords with Wilred Leisure Sports Club in the inaugural match of St Anthony’s UK Cup Super Soccer organized by St Anthony’s Sports Club, Colva on April 20 at DSYA ground, Colva.
Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim, Betalbatim Sporting Club, Sporting Club of Davorlim, Sarzora Sports Club, Ambelim Sports Club, Cuncolim Union, Cana Benaulim Sporting Association, Parish Youth Nuvem, Clube Sao Miguel de Taleigao, Guardian Angel Sports Club Curchorem, Navelim Sporting Club, Goa Velha Sports Club and hosts St Anthony’s Sports Club Colva will also vie for the top honours.
The winners will be richer by Rs 40,000 while the runners-up will receive Rs 30,000.
Eight-a-side football tourney
PANJIM: The 3rd All-Goa 8-a-side football tournament organized by Paradise Sports Club will be held on April 21 and 28.

T20 cricket at Chicalim
VASCO: The All-Goa T20 leather ball cricket tournament organized by Noorani Sports and Cultural Club, New Vaddem on the occasion of its silver jubilee celebration will be held from May 11 to 19 at SAG ground, Chicalim.
The winners will receive Rs 1,00,000 while the runners-up will take home Rs 50,000. The losing semi-finalists will get Rs 10,000 each.
