CURCHOREM: S S Angle Higher Secondary School from Mashem, Loliem, won the zone IV U-19 table tennis boys championship defeating Pope John XXIII HSS from Quepem 3-1 in the final at SAG Borimoll- Quepem complex recently. Shree Mallikarjun Higher Secondary School from Canacona settled for third place.
Smt CT Naik Higher Secondary School from Curchorem won the math in the girls category defeating SS Angle HSS 3-0 in the Final. Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School from Curchorem secured the third place.
The tournament was organised by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs. The winning teams will represent Zone IV at inter-zone at Multipurpose Indoor hall, Fatorda.
