BETALBATIM: St Anthony SC Colva defeated St Anthony SC Assolda 6-4 via the tie-breaker to enter semi-finals of the Martin’s Cup football tournament played at the Betalbatim ground, on Thursday.
St Anthony SC Colva netted the first through Baptist Fernandes in the 20th minute, minutes later Succor Fernandes equalised for St Anthony SC Assolda.
In the ensuing tie breaker, Ashley Fernandes, Rony Fernandes, Mino Fernandes, Maxon Fernandes and Jerry Fernandes netted and while Mario Fernandes, Agnes Vaz and Vicky Fernandes scored for St Anthony SC Assolda.
