MAPUSA: St. Clara High School, Assonora emerged champions at the U-14 Bardez Taluka boys kabaddi tournament organised by DSYA, at Peddem Sports Complex, on Saturday.
They defeated Shree Ganesh High School, Mapusa by 41-34 points in the final.
Ravi Kudalkar, Devdas Kudalkar and Vedang Dhargalkar played exceptionally well throughout the tournament for the winners.
The third place was bagged by Shanta Vidyalay, Siolim.
A total of 18 schools from Bardez taluka participated in the tournament.
