MAPUSA: St. Savio’s Sports Club, Calangute had an easy outing as they drubbed Adarsh YS Saligao 3-0 in the Xetrapal Soccer Cup, at Oxel ground, on Monday.
Blake Haldankar opened the account for Calangute as he scored with a superb volley in the 25th minute.
As the match progressed, Sidhart Simepuruskar made it 2-0 scoring with a neat placement.
In the closing stages of the match, St. Savio’s pumped in their third goal with Namresh Kundaikar tapping the ball into the goal off a cross from Blake to make it 3-0.
