What were you doing when you were 14? Well, it was 28th April 2025, and a 14-year-old wonderkid took his bat and smashed bowlers all over the park, stamping his name in the IPL history books. That’s right — fourteen-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, playing for Rajasthan Royals, blasted a 35-ball century, keeping Rajasthan calm in their playoff race.

Chasing 210 for victory at Jaipur’s Sawai Mansingh Stadium against Gujarat Titans, RR reached the target in just 15.5 overs, finishing at 212/2. With this, they became the fastest team to chase down a 200+ score in IPL history, all thanks to this cricketing prodigy. But what really caught everyone’s attention wasn’t just the century, but his age. Just 14!
